Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law: Compliance Steps as Grace Period Nears End
On 14 September 2023, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), enacted by Royal Decree No. M/19 and amended by Royal Decree No. M/148, officially came into force.
